{UAH} Literature Writers: compile people's feeling into readable books

There is a convoluted perception of reality in Uganda. What we need to
bring hard facts of life is to get literature writers to get a
collection of writing from common people and how they feel about their
conditions and compile that into readable books.
From that point you will see quite a lot facts emerging from an
agonised but rather an extremely patient population.
