NOTES ON HOW TO KILL ANY UGANDAN YOU WANT
1. HOW TO KILL ANOTHER PROMINENT UGANDAN. Announce that the police and security forces have been infiltrated by mafia, thus preparing the people for the next assassination. In that way you also play victim too – 'you are infiltrated'! Organise a huge funeral. Cry if you can. When it gets too hot, get some 'suspects' from the stock of suspects in 2 (below). Arrange a suspect parade. Go ahead with your normal business of zeroing on the next victim. Hit again. Repeat.
2. HOW TO KILL UGANDANS AND GET AWAY WITH IT. Arrest people indiscriminately in 'security operations' and lock them up. (That is called Suspect Stocking). Go ahead and kill any number of Ugandans you want. Vow to arrest the killers. Go to your "stock" and parade the 'killers'. Coach them on what to say in exchange for promise of their eventual freedom. Make sure at least 80% are Muslims with beards. If you don't have enough, make non Muslims t grow beards during the stock fattening period and give them Muslim names. It is looking good already. Muslims are murderers no? Case closed.
3. HOW TO GET RID OF THE IGP: I pity people who are imploring Mr. B to fire the IGP. KK is implementing his employer's plans. You are lucky that in the course of implementation, Mr. B knows that KK wants to be president (which even a fool can see anyway) - so he will sort him out in good time. And before he does, he will make him commit the most heinous crimes against humanity hoping that he can regain Mr. B's confidence. That's how Mr. B works. Does this sound familiar?
