As resident sexologists on this forum, would this picture circulating on social media be that of jenniffer Musisi , the manager of Kampala City Authority? or is it her double?  If so, she must be a very liberated woman, for someone who is also saved. I understand she is married, but of late is also one of kayibanda Museveni's mistresses or sex captives. It looks as if the phenomenon of  "Open "Relationship" or "Free Love" has now arrived in Uganda. I hope she takes precautions with Kayibanda though because the pot-bellied Rwandan predator has HIV/Aids for which he receives treatment at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.
